Auto Transition Post Functions
These Post Function allows you to evaluate if there is an Auto-Transition to executed for Issues related to the current Issue.
It is a way to implement Auto-Transition on External Transition.
The configuration of the Post-Function knows how to identify for Auto-Transition.
