No License Key installed
Why it occurs ?
You have just copied Minyaa's JAR without License Key in WEB-INF/lib folder.
Which impacts ?
All Minyaa features have been disabled. Only License Management page is available
How to resolve it ?
You will have to register a License Key ...
License not yet valid
Why it occurs ?
This error may occur if the license is generated (CEST Montreal) from an earlier Time Zone than where you are located.
Which impacts ?
The License is not nyet usable ...
How to resolve it ?
It will depends of your requirements ...
- Wait for start date of the provided License Key.
- Or, contact us, we will provide you a new License Key.
Trial License no renewable
Why it occurs ?
You have tried to renew your License with a Trial License Key.
How to resolve it ?
When Minyaa has been already activated by any License, you may not update the License with a Trial license.
Trial license may be renew only by a Renew License or any other Non-Trial Licenses.
License Certificate has expired
Why it occurs ?
You try to activate Minyaa with an already expired License Key.
Which impacts ?
No activation possible
How to resolve it ?
You will have to request a new Licence Key (Trial, Renew or Commercial)
Registered License has expired
Why it occurs ?
Your current registered License Key has expired.
Which impacts ?
Minyaa will perform periodically some notification to invite you to regularize your situation ...

How to resolve it ?
At this step, you will have to decide if you continue or not with Minyaa ...
- Your purchase is in progress, then wait for the mentioned delay or request a Renew License (waiting for the Final License).
- You have receive your Final License : Go to the Minyaa License Page and register a new license key,
- You decide not to continue with Minyaa : Go to the Minyaa License Page and uninstall Minyaa Plugin,
You will have to request a new Licence Key (Trial, Renew or Commercial)
Server Ids differs
Why it occurs ?
You have used a Non-Trial License (Commercial, Academic or Open-Source) for a JIRA Server with different Server Id. as provided during the purchase process.
Which impacts ?
The License will be usable like any other License, but you will expriment periodical notifications following
License Policies.
How to resolve it ?
You may have done that in order to use Minyaa on another environment than Production environment : Test or Development.
Then, stop and restart JIRA : the
License Policies will restart notification after a certain delay (delay may change in future).
You have make a typo error when you purchased your License.
Then, contact us with screenshot of your Server Details, we will be able to regenerate a new license key.
