Upgrade Procedure from previous Minyaa release

For a full support of JIRA 4.4.3, this release provides always patches in the Project configuration in order to be able to use the extension done by Minyaa with Custom Permission and Extended Notification type.

You will have to copy into jira-home\plugins\installed-plugins the patched release of this plugin, depending your JIRA release
